Cheese, which is often manufactured from cow's milk, has a varied nutritional composition that includes calcium, protein, salt, cholesterol, and saturated fat. 

Blood cholesterol is not primarily affected by dietary cholesterol but rather by heredity, lifestyle, and the consumption of other nutrients like saturated fat. 

According to the USDA, cheese does contain some cholesterol; however, recent studies published in the journal Nutrients suggest that dietary cholesterol has a less impact on blood cholesterol levels
